Clay has a B.S. in Zoology with a minor in Chemistry from Washington State University. After 10 years in pharmaceutical sales, he transitioned into sales and business management, working in financial services in Washington and Idaho.

Eight years ago, he was recruited to help develop a small cannabis production and processing company. Here, his search to learn how to create high quality, effective products led him to learn about the properties of cannabinoids and terpenes. This is where the idea for a natural, hemp-based sleep aid was born.

Eric has a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Environmental Studies and a PhD in Organic and Inorganic Chemistry. He has 3 years of formulation industry experience, and 14 years as a professor of organic chemistry.

Like many adults, Eric sometimes finds it difficult to shut off his brain and disliked the side-effects of over the counter sleep aids. This motivated him to investigate the therapeutic effects of botanical compounds and how they can help people sleep better and live a healthier, more productive life.

Chris has Bachelor's degrees in Biochemistry and Molecular Biotechnology. He has 13 years of experience in formulation, compounding, and manufacturing, plus 8 years in the cannabis industry.

As a U.S. Navy veteran with PTSD, Chris has more than just an intellectual fascination with sleep aids and reducing anxiety. Over the counter sleep aids and herbal remedies left him feeling groggy or fatigued the next day, or increased the intensity of bad dreams. Making an affordable product that has all the benefits and none of the drawbacks of common sleep aids has been an honor as much as it has been a challenge.
