I love the product. It helps massively with sleep and it's like dream medicine. I have had such vivid dreams because of the increased REM sleep. I hope to be able to continue use! The price is a bit steep i'd say for the size but I definitely love it.

It was easy to incorporate into my nightly routine. It was a subtle on set and consistently. I’ve drifted off to sleep . I suggest having something to rinse out your mouth as nudawn has an oily texture and it coat your mouth.
